Sabbatic Bestiary

This is an ongoing project to document and analyze every animal, mythical or real, that appears in the Cultus Sabbati canon. For now, this is intended to be limited to the writings of Andrew Chumbley.

Introduction and Disclaimer

These interpretations may be inspired by Cultus Sabbati materials, but they are ultimately my own. As such, the reader ought to keep in mind the advice Chumbley has given us in Qutub:

In a sense, this commentary merely serves to indicate directions or possible undertakings of specific comprehension … Such forms of understanding are only true at their own levels and as such are only functional forms of interpretation designed to motivate action upon those self-same, and their consequent tangential, levels.

That being said, let’s dive right in!
